I understand the ethical nature of your company but if an item doesn’t suit it’s not ok with me to ask to to pay p&p to return it, I’ve already paid p&p to receive it. There are other options, prepaid labels Asda to you etc, you’ve lost a customer you are putting costs onto your customers

I ordered a product from your clothing store, but it arrived defective. I filed a complaint and was promised a replacement. However, it got stuck in customs, and now I’m expected to resolve the issue myself. This has left me quite dissatisfied with your service and your store. I still don‘t receive the replacement but I am tired to look after it myself-this is not my job :(
