I ordered about three months ago but never received anything. Only after contacting VO myself did it turn out my order had been returned for some reason. The order was immediately resent, but is still didn't receive or hear anything.
2 stars because everyone at VO is very helpful and friendly, but I still would really like my order or money back.
I was delivered two jumpers to Spain and the package arrived surprisingly quickly (only 4 working days). The quality of the clothes is really really good. I was also glad that they are ecologically and ethically made.
