    Two wrong items later and I’ve given up

    My order arrived and my joggers (size L) had a hole in them. I sent a photo and was promised a new pair in a smaller size as we had discussed that M might be better for me. The new pair arrived in a size L. So now I have two pairs that don’t fit, and now I have to pay postage if I want to change the size of the pair that was sent by mistake. I’d been on the fence about ordering and this has really put me off ordering again.
