Save The Chubby Unicorns Kids T-Shirt (Unisex)

I recently purchased two t-shirts of the same size (Chubby Unicorns and Bee Kind). While the Bee Kind green t-shirt fit well and corresponded to its size, the Chubby Unicorns pink t-shirt was significantly larger, with a width equivalent to a t-shirt two sizes bigger, making it unwearable. I contacted the customer service team to address the problem with the oversized t-shirt and they asked me to provide the measurements of the item, which I did. However, I was simply told that the sizing may vary. Despite the clear discrepancy in size, I was not offered any compensation or solution. The only option presented was to return or exchange the t-shirt, but since the shipping cost from my country exceeds the price I paid for the item, it was not worth the effort.
