Love the designs, great value and love the sustainability. Medium t-shirt fits perfectly on male 5'9 athletic build, however I prefer an oversized fit so will order large next time!

Product Not Received After 1 Month

During the current climate, I was fully aware there may be some delay. After ordering products 5 days before a birthday, I expected the products to be received late. One month after ordering my cousin has still not received their birthday present, so no comment can be made on the quality or fit of the product.
The only positive I can provide is the fact that of the 3 chasing emails I have sent, they have all had a reply to them. None of the email responses have given me clear answers as to when the product will be received and I have lost all faith that the product will be received at all.
As I paid for the product and postage over a month ago, I find it completely unacceptable that the product is still yet to received. I can say in confidence that I will not be recommending Vegan Outfitters to any of my friends and family.
