    Disappointed

    I thought I'd ordered a small size but it was a medium. I emailed Sunday evening to arrange a return and exchange. I still haven't heard anything back and sent a follow up email last night. I have ordered a few times with VO and always been happy. The lack of response has left me disappointed. I understand it was my error in not double checking the size ordered but need your help to sort out.
