Sadly, as someone that tried to support vegan restaurants, businesses, etc, I have to say I was terribly disappointed with my experience with Vegan outfitters. The email responses were almost non-existent, I got my jumper very late (I wanted to wear it for a couple of family dinners over Xmas). I also emailed before you shipped it, asking whether I could cancel - no response. I even offered to cancel and re-order using the site wide discount you were running (so that you would not lose planned revenue), and got no response. I always try to advocate for businesses, like yours, but on this occasion, I am really struggling.
