Will my order be affected by USA import tariffs?
No - orders to USA addresses that are below $800 will not be affected by tariffs. If you would like to place an order over $800, just get in touch with the team and we can help you with that.
Are your products ethically made?
Absolutely. We know that fast fashion is harming our planet, so we're obsessed with making sure that our clothing is ethically made, awesome quality, and will be with you for years to come.
We promise our tees are:
• Ethically made in a WRAP certified facility
• Printed with eco-friendly ink, with virtually zero waste
• And then shipped in plastic-free packaging
How do you give back?
We became vegan for the animals, for the planet, and for the people. With your support we continue to donate to amazing sanctuaries for rescued farm animals.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries!
Sadly there are some countries we're not able to ship to due to carrier restrictions, but we'll continue to work on it. We are not able to ship to: Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, Yemen, Algeria, Angola, Burundi, Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, Liberia, Libya, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Togo, Zimbabwe, Brazil, Paraguay, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Saudi Arabia
How fast is your turnaround time?
Typically we'll prep your item and dispatch it within 3 business days.
Can I trust these VO people?
Our checkout uses Shopify Payments, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay for 100% secure and safe transactions. We want you to love your items, so if anything you buy isn't perfect, just let our friendly support team know over live chat and they'll do everything in their power to fix the problem or give you a full refund.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We need 3-5 days to prep your item, and then once dispatched, you can expect your order within:
• 1-2 business days - UK
• 3-5 business days - Europe
• 2-4 business days - USA

What's your returns policy?
We do not offer refunds, but we will happily accept size exchanges within 30 days. As part of our zero-waste policy, we print each item fresh to order, so we encourage our customers to check our sizing / measurements guides to make sure that they get the right size first time around. Our team will also be on hand on live chat to give sizing advice, in case you wanted to chat to a human being.
