    Great products, great customer services and great that no animals have suffered.
    I bought multiple hats and I would love, if you could create styles that don’t skip off the head and are also smaller.
    I have fine hair and a small head and I find the hats too big and also that they don’t stay put, so have constantly having to pull it down.
    If you have thicker hair or curly etc, this certainly shouldn’t be a problem.
    I would purchase more if you could accommodate this, but for me, I have to then pay a seamstress to alter, take in and adjust - which can work out the same amount!
    Really hope you can do this, because I would love to keep supporting your wonderful brand 😊

    mixed - dissapointing customer service, but really great products

    They agreed to replace a faulty item but it took months to resolve with me chasing. They said they hadn't recieved it despite me having proof of postage, which i had to pay for.
    I love the design and quality of all the items ive bought from them, but due to their slack customer service, i wont bother again, which is sad as i like to support vegan brands.
