Your team provided great support and I'm thankful for that. I appreciate the order was placed in a holiday season and it's most probably not your fault I didn't receive it. But still I believe it's nice to receive a coupon or something like that in such cases. I personally don't mind it at all, just sharing what I think most people would expect when they get through a hassle with tracking, emailing and so on, only to never receive their order.
