Great customer service

I ordered two tops for my husband for father's day - they were two small but customer service arranged for me to return and sent out new ones. My husband loves the fit, design, material and ethical company. The only downside is the VO sticker on the parcel as it ruined the surprise when my husband found the last two parcels that were delivered as he recognised the logo - very minor gripe though!

A great experience

I love my new dinosaur t-shirt and wear it all the time. The quality is good and at a fair price when I received a promotional discount. I accidentally chose the wrong shipping option (I wanted it quickly but selected normal shipping by mistake). I emailed VO to ask if I could upgrade shipping. They replied promptly and assured me it was likely to arrive on time and luckily it did- the morning that I needed it by. I would like to buy more products but would prefer a different T-shirt shape next time such as a lower neckline.
