T Shirts are amazing quality. I love the designs. The customer service couldn't be faulted when I made a mistake with my order, they quickly replied and resolved the issue.

For was bad and didn’t get my money back. Really customer unfriendly return policy.

Quality: one of my two t-shirts had 2 holes in it.
Fit: my first order was incorrectly sized (significantly so), which I had to pay to return. This resolution and t-shirt replacement took much longer than it should have done.
Service: people I dealt with were helpful and responsive (this is why I rated the star). However, the processes in place resulted in them having to perform avoidable tasks and spend unnecessary time resolving the issues I experienced.

I very rarely complain about products and services, but my experience resulted in me being highly unwilling to order from Vegan Outfitters again and I've been quite vocal about my experience with friends. It's a shame as it took that 'new purchase shine' off my t-shirts when I go to wear them. I would suggest that customers who have had this kind of experience be offered a voucher or discount code to: a) show you appreciate them and want to make up for the experience you provided, and b) get their custom again, even if it is at the expense of lower company profit for the customer's new purchase (who knows, it may even be a great experience to take the 'bad taste' away from their previous experience).

The only experience I don’t like is the shipping, which has no tracking and takes too long.
