Import duty, Good service, nice quality

I love the quality of the clothes, and customer service was really nice after I ordered to my old address. however I wasn’t aware I had to pay import duty if my order was over 150€. I shopped for over 200€ and had to pay 75€ duty on top. Would have been nice to know considering their website was in German 😅. I saw it in the Q&A’s after the fact but you know when I shop for clothes I don’t look in the q&a’s

Unfortunately, my comment won’t be very positive… I ordered 2 tee shirts, 1 hoodies and 1 mug.
First of all, I’m sorry to say but the quality of your products is very poor…especially with the price you propose. I was expecting a better quality tbh. Even the cup is nothing more than a print in a white cup.
Also I try to ask for a return because the hoody is too big for me…apparently, you can’t refund it as part of your policy…
I tried to do a good action by helping you guys, but very disappointed with the quality of your products, returns policy…
My comment probably won’t change anything, but I think you should know it.
