Timeframe

  • The guarantee applies for 30 days from the date your order is delivered

  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible under this policy

Condition of Items
Non-Defective Items

  • For non-defective items, products must be returned in a resaleable condition, meaning:

    • Unworn and unused

    • Free from damage, marks, odours, or washing

    • Original tags attached

    • Original packaging intact

If these conditions are not met, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

Defective Items

  • If an item is faulty or defective, resaleable condition is not required, provided:

    • The defect is genuine

    • The issue can be reasonably demonstrated (e.g. photos or description)

Resolutions Available
Depending on your situation, we offer:

If the item is returned in a resaleable condition, you may insist on a full refund.

For defective items, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.

Returns & Shipping Costs
Non-Defective Items

  • Customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

Defective Items

Refunds

This Happiness Guarantee is in addition to your legal rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection laws. Faulty or misdescribed items are always covered by UK law.
